Our shop does not support cash refunds. If customers insist on a refund, the amount will be changed to credits for use on our website. Within 6 months, customers need to place an order to use this credit. The amount cannot be withdrawn.

In addition to this, these kind of orders are not refundable:

• We receive the cancellation notice less than 48 hours before the due date of delivery.
• We receive the change of recipient address less than 48 hours before the due date of delivery.
• The end product looks different from the photo (for illustration purposes).
• The sale of any goods and services are subject to availability. While we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions of items as accurate as possible, Giffy & Co reserves the right to substitute any items included in the products offered for items of equal or greater value, if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.
